Yesterday, Friday, Auxerre club defeated its guest, Lyon, with two goals to one, in the 24th round of the French Football League, “Ligue A”.
The guests finished the first half with a free goal, scored by Moussa Dembele in the 36th minute.
In the second half, Auxerre players turned the score around, so that Gaetan Perrin equalized in the 51st minute from a penalty kick, and two minutes later Gopal Junior added the second goal, to end the match with a score (2-1).
Auxerre raised its score with this victory to 18 points in 19th place, and Lyon’s balance froze at 35 points in ninth place.
