Viewpoint News: On December 13, according to Hong Kong media reports, the opening ceremony of Galaxy Entertainment Phase 3 was held.
GEG Chairman Lui Che-woo said that the Macau SAR’s 2024 Policy Address proposed multiple directions that are in line with GEG’s development positioning and vision of establishing a cultural and entertainment landmark for the Phase 3 project. This opening also marks the beginning of a new page in GEG’s business development. , hoping that Macau can break through the old pattern that has existed for many years.
According to Guandian New Media, GEG’s Phase 3 project focuses on non-gaming elements, including the Galaxy International Convention Center with an area of approximately 40,000 square meters, a column-free exhibition hall with an area of 10,000 square meters on the ground floor; and a space that can accommodate up to 1.6 The Galaxy Arena, with a capacity of 10,000 spectators, is currently the largest indoor entertainment venue in Macau; there are also two hotels providing a total of more than 1,100 rooms.
In addition, GEG is actively working on the fourth phase of the project, which includes the construction of a 4,000-seat music performing arts theater and water park and other facilities.
