The manager of the famous pop singer, Madonna, said that she postponed her upcoming world tour after she developed a severe bacterial infection, and was subsequently transferred to intensive care.
Jay Oziri added, in a statement on “Instagram”, on Wednesday, that the singer is expected to fully recover.
He explained that Madonna, 64, was infected last Saturday, which led to her entering intensive care for several days.
He said: “Her health is improving, but she is still under medical care, so we will stop all our commitments, including the tour.”
