Madonna Pop diva made good money on the resale of the house, although the stubborn Korean managed to bring down the price.
In 2021, Madonna bought a villa from Canadian singer The Weeknd (Abel Tesfaye) for $19.3 million. But she didn’t begin to live there, but she wanted to make good. In April 2022, the owner put the house up for sale for $26 million. When no buyer was found, Madonna lowered the price to $23.5 million. And the other day she sold the property from her hands.
The estate was bought by Korean crypto billionaire Kim Hyun-nyong. Its representatives bargained to the point of numbness and extorted a $500,000 discount from the singer. Still, Madonna’s net profit was $3.7 million.
