The Syrian Artists Syndicate mourned the maestro and musician, Hossam El Din Primo, who passed away at the age of 60, following a struggle with illness.
Primo had held many positions in the artistic community in Syria, as he worked as an agent for the Higher Institute of Music in Damascus, as a teacher for the Higher Institute of Music, as a choir coach and leader for the St. flower.
The late participated in singing with the choir of the Higher Institute of Music under the supervision of Professor Victor Babenko, and sang with the Arab Music Ensemble of the Higher Institute of Music under the supervision of Professor Hamid Al-Basri and participated with it in the Arab Music Festival in Cairo 1994.
