After that, Magaly Solier said that she was undergoing treatment for two months at the Honorio Delgado National Institute of Mental Health in Lima. However, the experience was not pleasant. “It scared me a lot, a lot of people. It was a very strong treatment for alcoholism. I abandoned it because there were many people who were yelling: ‘Mom, Dad, get me out of here,’” she confessed to the América TV correspondent.
Currently, the artist is receiving treatment at the Huanta Mental Health Center, where she is demonstrating a favorable recovery process. “I asked for my transfer. They treat me very well, thank God, ”said the actress, who until now has not been allowed to see the children she had with Erick Plinio, her ex-partner. “I am prohibited from working.”

In March 2023, Magaly Solier appeared with a disfigured face at the María Auxiliadora Hospital, in the San Juan de Miraflores district. Before she could be checked by specialists, the actress left the medical center and it was speculated that she had been a victim of abuse by the man who took her to the hospital.
In dialogue with ‘La Banda del Chino’, the man identified as the alleged attacker, Marco Álvarez, denied having hit the renowned artist.

“That’s a lie, she had an accident in front of the race with a bicycle. She was driving and she must have lost her balance, I don’t know. I have known her for 10 years, we only have a friendship, like brothers. But I don’t know what life will say later, ”she explained.
For her part, Magaly Solier claimed to be single. “I would like to have a partner, I am alone and I hope to die alone,” she said.
In August 2021, Erick Plinio sued Magaly Solier for allegedly mistreating her children while intoxicated. After the serious accusations, the Prosecutor’s Office determined that the Peruvian was not fit to take care of her two little ones, so the father obtained full custody of both. In addition, it was determined that the actress had to spend 3 thousand soles of alimony.
