Shaaban specified the procedures that must be adhered to, in order to preserve the health of the heart and protect it from diseases, in the following tips:

1- Eat in moderation

Care should be taken to eat food in daily meals in a moderate amount, because excessive food is a wrong practice that negatively affects the health of the heart and blood vessels, especially if it is fatty or rich in salt.

2- Follow a healthy diet

It is essential that the diet followed daily contains plant foods in the first place, such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains, while reducing animal protein.

3- Doing sports

Lack of movement is one of the factors that lead to heart disease, so the body should be kept active by exercising daily, to strengthen its muscles and enhance blood circulation.

4- Weight loss

It is necessary to maintain body weight, because the accumulated fat in the body, especially in the abdominal area, is associated with the risk of heart disease, high cholesterol and low sexual ability.

5- Quit smoking

Smoking is one of the wrong daily habits that pose a great risk to the health of the heart and blood vessels, so it must be completely quit, while avoiding sitting next to smokers.

6- Avoid drugs

Narcotic substances, such as hashish and banjo, have serious effects on heart health, and therefore, it is necessary to completely avoid them, to protect it from diseases.
