If Belgian motorists are used to traffic jams, those of this Tuesday morning were particularly annoying. Particularly on the Milmort side, on the E40 from Liège to Brussels.
The cause ? A major accident involving four cars occurred this morning. There were no less than 13 km of lines following the incident. Commuters lost nearly two hours to Brussels, RTBF reported.
And that’s not all, in the other direction, another accident also penalized many vehicles. Motorists lost around 25 minutes to Germany.
At the time of writing these lines, motorists coming from Liège to Brussels only lose “one hour”. Another 20 minutes extra for those heading to Germany, report our colleagues from RTBF.
