No more disposable plates and trays at Winter Wonders. The City of Brussels has purchased 48,000 washable containers: they are now compulsory at Place De Brouckère and at the Bourse. A giant test which will be extended to Vismet in 2024. Before percolating towards the stadium and other events? “We want to prove that it works.”
