Vineeth added that Amal Neerad has done aesthetic films in different genres and Big B is his kind of film. Vineeth told Film Companion South that this is his personal opinion.

‘I think this has changed since Amal Neerad came to the cinema. He brought a different genre of cinema to Malayalam. Big B is the movie he did. I feel personally. That is what changed Malayalam cinema. I think that movie is a game changer,’ said Vineeth Srinivasan.

Meanwhile, after Hridaya, directed by Vineeth Srinivasan, ‘Vasar Prapis’ has hit the theaters. Vineeth Srinivasan is a director who has turned everything he has touched into gold. The audience response on the first day of the film indicates that the routine has not been broken.
