Dubai: Unni Mukundan’s film Malikappuram was a huge success in the Gulf as well. As part of this, the Malikappuram team held a victory celebration in Dubai. Actors like Unni Mukundan, Deva Nanda, Sreepath, Alfie, screenwriter Abhilash Pillai, music director Ranjin Raj, director Vishnu Shashi Shankar, Fars Film Chairman Ahmed Golchin and producer Venu Kunnappilly were also present at the event.

Unni Mukundan thanked the audience for the acceptance of the film. The film, which tells the story of eight-year-old Kalyani and her favorite god Ayyappan, is directed by debutant Vishnu Shashishankar. The film is produced by Priya Venu and Neeta Pinto under the banners Kavya Film Company and An Mega Media. Written by Abhilash Pillai. The cinematography of the film is done by Vishnu Namboothiri. Music: Ranjin Raj. The director himself does the editing.
Unni Mukundan, Saiju Kurup, Indrans, Manoj K Jayan, Ramesh Pisharati, Sampath Ram, Devananda and Sripad are playing the lead roles in the film.
