2nd highest volume by week this year
As Olympic Park Foreon (Dunchon Jugong), which is considered the largest reconstruction project since Dangun, is on sale, 22,000 apartments and officetels will be supplied nationwide next week.
According to Real Estate R114 on the 3rd, in the second week of December, 22,007 households (12,780 for general sales) will start selling in 15 complexes across the country. This is the second highest volume by week this year.
Complexes that have been delayed due to the slump in the real estate market are on sale, and more than 20,000 households are pouring in as the Olympic Park Foreon is added. In addition, GS E&C’s ‘Jangwi Xyradiant’ in Jangwi-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul is also expected to be supplied in large quantities in Seoul after a long time as 1330 households are sold.
‘Olympic Park Foreon’, located in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, has a total of 12,032 households with 85 buildings, 3 floors below the ground and 35 floors above the ground. Of these, 4786 households with an exclusive area of 29 to 84㎡ are sold as general sales. Lim Byeong-cheol, head of R114 Real Estate, predicted, “The success of Dunchon Jugong will have a significant ripple effect on construction companies and the pre-sale market.” Model houses are scheduled to open in four locations: Hillstate Seonhwa The Wise in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, Boksan-dong, Boksan-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan, and Bokdae Xythe Sky, Bokdae-dong, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do.
