Neighbors recorded the moment when the subject abused the animal in the middle of the street. Later, he was reported to the authorities.
A commission from the Municipal Police of Maracaibo, Zulia state, went to the Leonardo Ruiz Pineda neighborhood, after a complaint was filed about a man who sexually abused his pet.
The subject was recorded by residents of the sector, so that he was filmed while committing lewd acts with the animal.
Authorities received complaints filed for animal abuse, which they later verified and found that the abuse occurred repeatedly.
Officials went to the citizen’s residence to make his apprehension, so he was prosecuted for acts of bestiality.
The images show how the man held the dog and when he was discovered, he quickly released it.

The case will be brought to the order of the Attorney General of the Republic in Zulia.
