An amazing incident happened in the US state of Kentucky when a man who was declared dead by doctors woke up, leaving the medical staff in a quandary.
According to the New York Post, Thomas TJ Hoover, a Kentucky resident, was taken to a hospital in October 2021 and pronounced dead by doctors.
According to the report, when the nurse admitted the 36-year-old patient into the hospital room, Dr. Natasha Miller, who preserves the patient’s donated organs, suspected that Thomas might be alive.
Natasha Miller revealed that the patient was barely moving and had tears in his eyes, the report said.
Later, Thomas was again anesthetized and the doctors performed the organ transplant again.
According to media reports, Mr. Hoover is currently living with his sister. He has made a full recovery but still has some problems with his memory, walking and talking.
