Vienna – Next Friday, the Vienna Labor and Social Court will deal with the complaint of an ORF manager who sees herself disadvantaged by the ORF in her professional advancement in a second hearing. According to STANDARD information, the ORF’s internal equal treatment commission has already dealt with the manager’s allegations of alleged verbal harassment by a former boss. The Commission might not establish whether this harassment took place.
