Bayern Munich striker Sadio Mane ignored his former Liverpool teammate, Mohamed Salah, when asked about the best scorer he played alongside.
The Senegalese, who left Liverpool last summer to the Bundesliga, chose Divock Origi, although he scored far fewer goals than Salah, who played alongside Mane for 5 seasons.
Mane and Salah, along with Brazilian Roberto Firmino, formed a terrifying attacking triangle over the years in Liverpool, which was ranked among the best in Europe and the world.
And when Mane was asked, in an interview with the “11 Team Sports” account on “Tik Tok”, about the best scorer who played next to him, he thought for a moment and then answered: “Origi”, the Belgian striker who played for Liverpool and then moved to Milan.
Salah has scored 174 goals for Liverpool so far since he moved to him in the summer of 2017, while Origi scored 41 goals for the same team and used to sit on the bench.
Last year, Origi moved to Milan after his contract with Liverpool expired, and so far he has scored only two goals in 21 games in all competitions, and he was chosen as the worst deal in the Italian League this season.
