The top 64 teams in college basketball compete in the final tournament called “March Madness” for the championship (LIVE on TV on SPORT1 US).

The knockout system is divided into four regions, with one seeded team each advancing to the Final Four (April 1-3) at Glendale, Arizona Football Stadium.
