María Zurita undergoes cosmetic surgery and radically changes her face and health

The funeral of Fernando Gómez-Acebo, held this Monday, left us with many images to remember. Thanks to him, for example, the first public meeting on Spanish soil between the current Kings and Don Juan Carlos took place. But it also brought us some surprises, such as new image of María Zurita, thanks to cosmetic surgery which has radically changed his face and health.

As Vanitatis has learned from sources close to Felipe VI’s cousin, like so many other people, María has undergone rhinoplasty and septoplasty. A decision that has also had to do with aesthetics, but whose origin has been mainly for health reasons.

Apparently, María Zurita had had breathing problems for a long time due to a deviation of both the nasal septum and one nostril. Already at that time, they warned her that she would surely have to undergo surgery without any other option in a few years, since the nose is an appendage that does not stop growing throughout her life, so her problems could go to more.

But at the time he did not consider it and it was not until a few weeks ago when the situation made him reconsider the option of having surgery. As they tell us, María Zurita was breathing worse and worse, so she did not hesitate to take advantage of Holy Week and her corresponding days of rest to do so.

But the daughter of Infanta Margarita decided to undergo double surgery. Since she was going into surgery, she wanted to take the opportunity to contour her nose. and spoke with the medical team, whom a plastic surgeon had to join, so that they could straighten it and remove the easel. A purely aesthetic decision, but one that was prompted by that health reason that already made it difficult for him to lead a more or less normal life.

And they confirm to us that she is very happy with the result, although the operation that was done inside has nothing to do with the one that was strictly aesthetic, since it was quite complex. In fact, It has been several days of recovery and it was this Monday when María attended a social event for the first time after undergoing surgery.

Logically, he could not miss the funeral of his cousin, Fernando Gómez-Acebo, with whom he had a close relationship, as we could see with the dedication that María Zurita published on her networks a few hours after the unexpected death. Therefore, although she has had some pretty bad days, she had no doubt that she had to be there.

Once the hematomas typical of these operations and with the makeup hiding the small aftereffects that still remained, we could see her attending this funeral in memory of Infanta Pilar’s little son, along with the rest of the Borbón family, practically complete, and sporting a new image.
