ASEPT Normandie (Association for health, education and prevention in the territories) is currently offering training workshops on digital tools at the public center.
Digital host, Océane Bainée, was at the public center on Tuesday, September 24, to talk about the Internet in front of ten participants. “We are fully booked with ten registered since September 3 and today, thirdsession, I will have the trainees work by showing them how to connect to wifi and do web searches”explains the facilitator. At a time when everything is increasingly being done digitally, these workshops seem to be really appreciated. “They are very beneficial and reassuring for us people from 55 years old. Océane speaks to us clearly throughout this training and, it is a plus, the tablets are provided by Présence verte, the group present is pleased. There are still five workshops to perfect their knowledge: Tuesday, October 1 on photography and video; October 8, downloading applications; October 15, messages by Skype or WhatsApp; November 5 with Facebook, Snapchat, etc. The facilitator concludes: We will take stock of the acquired knowledge on Tuesday, November 12, with a real-life scenario.
