Marvel’s Wolverine secured the number one rank in the PlayStation 5 physical software category. More than that, it swept past cross-platform competition to capture the overall best-selling position for the tracking period, unseating The Blood of Dawnwalker.
The Blood of Dawnwalker, an RPG developed by former Witcher veterans, still holds a strong position. It landed at number two in the PS5 rankings, sitting right ahead of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. Meanwhile, The Blood of Dawnwalker retained its gold medal in the standalone Xbox Series sales charts.
Fire Emblem Drives Nintendo Switch 2 Momentum
Another major market mover arrived in the form of Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave. The title established itself immediately as a strong contender, landing at second place in the overall cross-platform charts directly behind Marvel’s Wolverine.
Drilling down into specific hardware breakdowns provided by GfK Entertainment—which tracks every commercial edition of a game independently—Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave claimed the top two positions on the dedicated “Switch 2” software list. Its Standard Edition took first place, followed directly by the Dagdanische Edition.

Minecraft continued its steady dominance over Nintendo Switch software sales, while Grand Theft Auto V topped the charts on PlayStation 4. On the PC front, the Gothic 1 Remake captured the gold medal for standalone platform unit movement.
