Mary Haughey (née Quinn), formerly of 402 Crockanboy Road, Creggan, Omagh, BT79 9AF, passed away peacefully at Springlawn Nursing Home, Omagh, on March 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Her life was marked by love,family,and devotion,leaving behind a legacy cherished by all who knew her.

Mary was the beloved wife of the late Thomas. She was a treasured mother to Raymond (Kathleen) and John-James (Susan). Her siblings included Matt and the late Annie, Maggie, and Joe.As a cherished grandmother to Thomas, Colette, Briege, Christina, Elaine, John-daniel, and Conor, and a much-loved great-grandmother to Tommy, Annie, Evie, Cora, Lorcan, Shea, Aoibhin and Conan, Mary’s family was the center of her world.
Funeral Arrangements
Mary’s remains will repose at her late residence starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 7.
- Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus will run from Philip Morris’ Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Funeral Mass: The funeral will depart from the residence on Sunday,March 9,at approximately 12:20 p.m., proceeding to St. Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Creggan, for Requiem Mass at 1:00 p.m.
- Burial: Burial will follow at St. Colmcilles Cemetery, Carrickmore.
- Family Time: Family time is requested from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. each day.
