Several dozen people were injured on Friday evening in an accident involving a coach and a heavy goods vehicle on the A4 motorway in northern Italy. The lives of at least two victims are in danger, reports the Italian news agency Ansa.
The accident occurred on the A4 towards Trieste, between Latisana and San Giorgio di Nogaro, in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. A total of ten fire units intervened in the evening to free passengers from the bus. Two helicopters were ready to transport the injured to nearby hospitals. Civil protection was also deployed.
