A fire broke out this Wednesday noon in the center of the capital, in the rue du Midi, near the place Rouppe. The fire broke out at the level of the roof and the attic of a house, apparently empty.

Firefighters were notified at 1:25 p.m. and an hour later the fire was under control. We do not know for the moment how it was declared but at first sight, the origin is accidental, explains Walter Derieuw, spokesman for the Brussels firefighters.
