“How have you changed and evolved”

After seeing the images of Jordi in MasterChef 2, Pepe assured that Jordi had “changed and evolved a lot”. And his partner left him some precious words. “Being by your side, by the side of a guru always makes you grow. And I try to take advantage of you, friend. After 10 years together at the controls of the program, the relationship between the judges is unbeatable and it shows edition after edition.

What hasn’t changed is Jordi’s talent to surprise us with incredible creations every time she cooks on the show. In this thirteenth episode of MasterChef 11, the ABaC chef delighted us with a spectacular dish: “It’s called ‘I’m Popeye the Sailor’. There is a marine cereal that we have cooked in a blue crab broth with the bones of the eel. Also, a Japanese eel made as a stir-fry and a marine plankton coral. And also, aioli and a little scratch from the hand of the Buddha”.

Even Ángel León fell in love with Jordi’s incredible dish: “What I like the most is the illusion. This is not easy at all. It’s super rich.” The words of thanks were mutual. “Ángel is one of those people who has staged things like plankton or marine cereal. What you have to do is do a lot of things with it and see how far those ingredients give of themselves”. When two cooking talents come together, only good things can come out.
