Match TV commentator Dmitry Guberniev told how he took part in showdowns in his youth.
– Once in 1994, I asked one guy, my former neighbor – he was older, let’s say his name was Styopa… And then I told him: “Styopa, find me a job.”
And he took me to one small factory. And there the Zelenograd lads gathered. In general, I went to three showdowns.
— What was your role?
“I was sitting in the car, they gave me a tire iron in my hands. I ask: “What should I do?” – “On command, jump out, and then we’ll tell you which way to run with this mount.”
Then I realized that this was not really mine. And at one boxing training, Styopa told me: “Of course, you are too kind for our organization.” And I began to go there rarely,” Guberniev told Match TV.
