Matt Jackson feels less efficient than before

In an interview for Sports Illustrated, Matt Jackson spoke about the match he had with his brother against FTR during an episode of Dynamite and the physical effort they endure to produce this kind of performance.

He tells us :

“I’m not too nervous these days unless it’s a big pay-per-view game, and I had those same fears going into this game. When it ended and the crowd peaked, as we orchestrated, I felt a sense of pride and relief.

And I’ll tell you this: we’re not the type to talk about our hurts or how we feel. People just think we’re the forever young Bucks and we don’t get hurt, we’re still chewing gum and bouncing around like we’re invincible. But I don’t know how many great games like this I have left in me. I’m definitely closer to the end than the beginning.”

The Young Bucks are less present than usual since the injury of Kenny Omega and each time we have them in the rings, it is for incredible performances like the one against the FTR. The return of Kenny Omega will undoubtedly launch the future rivalry The Elite vs Undisputed Era AEW version and why not also add the Bullet Club to it. A joint show with NJPW would also be the time to kick things off.
