“Your mentor in your pocket”: With this motto, Kosima Kovar and Matthew Ziebarth founded their start-up Ada Growth in March 2021. The app provides women with two-minute video content that is intended to help them increase their visibility in everyday working life – regardless of their professional position or industry. Kovar and Ziebarth appeared as keynote speakers at the OÖN Digital Days in Linz.
