A beginning and the end of an era at La Maladière. Neuchâtel Xamax announces Thursday that Max Veloso will not be part of the “red and black” workforce for the 2023/2024 season. The player and the club have “not found an agreement to continue the collaboration”, explains a press release.

Trained at the club, Max Veloso returned to the club during the 2015/2016 season. He actively participated in the return of Neuchâtel Xamax to the Football Super League in 2018. This departure is also that of the last Neuchâtel resident present during this great epic, punctuated by promotion to the elite.
After an experience in Moldova during the 2020/2021 financial year, Max Veloso had quickly returned to the spans of La Maladière at the end of this season.
