The young footballer from the Ebener U14 scored eight goals in the 11-1 win against Tenneck/Pfarrwerfen. The young goalgetter now has 18 goals this season after five games and is laughing with his team from the top spot in the U14 Group B.
SG Tenneck/Pfarrwerfen is currently in last place in U14 Group B together with SG Golling/Scheffau. At the weekend, the young footballers from Pfarrwerfen had to go to Eben for a duel with the leaders. The UFC Eben had a flawless twelve points from four games before the game and was strong both defensively and offensively with a goal difference of 28:5. Hardly anything is going on in the Ebener offensive at the moment without the help of the high-class technician Maximilian Grünwald, who also set his sights perfectly against Pfarrwerfen.
In just the third minute of the game, Grünwald opened the goal festival with a 1-0 win for Eben. Grünwald was already on the top scorer’s list several times at halftime and scored four goals in a 6-1 score at the break. “Maximilian Grünwald is having a really good run at the moment,” emphasizes Eben’s U14 coach Markus Stadler. “In general, things are going well for all the youngsters in Eben. In the U14, of course, we now want to win the autumn championship and be at the top of the play-offs in the spring.”
With 103 children, the UFC manages to cover every age group in the youth football ranks – from U16 to U7. “That of course makes us very proud of our work in the youth sector,” concludes Stadler.
