Kyiv – Heavy explosions rocked the Ukrainian capital on Sunday morning.
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko said via the Telegram messenger service: “Several explosions in the districts of Darnyzky and Dnirowsky.” Further: “The emergency services are in the process of extinguishing.”
According to eyewitnesses, smoke might also be seen in the city following the explosions. Earlier, air raid sirens might be heard across much of Ukraine, including in the Kyiv region.
