World champion Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain is said to have the opportunity to leave the French champions earlier than previously thought.
The 23-year-old had extended his contract with PSG in May by three years until 2025. He had previously been linked with a move to Real Madrid for a long time.
The French sports newspaper The team reported on Monday night, citing a source at the club, that Mbappe is actually only firmly tied to PSG until 2024. For the following season until 2025 there is an option that cannot be exercised without Mbappe’s consent. This might be much more regarding the future of the attacker than previously known.
