Media: Million offer for Bundesliga clubs rejected

With an offer of 20 million euros, many a club owner would probably become weak and think regarding a sale. It was different with the Austria Klagenfurt: As the ‘Small newspaper‘ reported, all offers from the Los Angeles FC environment were rejected, so the Carinthians remain in German hands.

The owners around Tomislav Karaijca see the “purple seedling slowly growing”. According to managing director Matthias Imhof, around nine million euros have been invested in the club so far, and work should continue in the existing constellation. “It proves that we still have a lot of faith in the Austria Klagenfurt brand in the future,” says Imhof.
