The United States is reportedly engaged in a last-ditch diplomatic effort to prevent the International Criminal Court from issuing arrest warrants against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials.
On the Walla news site, analyst Ben Caspit writes that the Netanyahu is under “unusual pressure” in the face of the possibility of an arrest warrant being issued against him and other Israelis by his court UN in The Hague, which would constitute a significant deterioration of his international status Israel.

The “dangerous precedent” that Netanyahu sees
According to iefimerida, Netanyahu’s last public statement on the war said the upcoming ICC rulings could set a “dangerous precedent,” the Times of Israel reported.
“We will never stop defending ourselves. “While the Hague court’s rulings will not affect Israel’s actions, they will set a dangerous precedent that will threaten the soldiers and officials of any republic fighting criminal terrorism and aggression,” he said Friday.
