Medical interns are trained in comprehensive health in adolescence : Press Government of Mendoza

The Ministry of Health, Social Development and Sports and the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the UNCuyo continue in the training cycle for students who carry out internships in health centers in the province.

Medical students who are doing internships at the first level of care in health centers in the province attend a course on comprehensive health in adolescence.

The course is part of the permanent training cycle developed jointly by the Ministry of Health, Social Development and Sports and the Faculty of Medical Sciences of UNCUYO and seeks to integrate young people into practices of the Provincial Comprehensive and Integrative Health Program in the Adolescence.

The idea is that future professionals form part of the health advisory services in secondary schools and take an active role as health promoters.

In the day that will continue until tomorrow, Fabian Díaz, student secretary of the Faculty of Medical Sciences and Patricia Ramirez, secretary of University Extension of that institution, participate.
