The Undersecretary of Health, a benchmark for primary care and a political benchmark for the National Health Networks ProgramEliana Molinaheld a meeting with authorities from the UNT School of Medicine and the National University of Mar del Plata to analyze these practices.
The presentation of an organizational chart of Siprosa was carried out, of the priority approaches of the Ministry of Public Health, which are maternal and child health, mental health, disability, chronic non-communicable diseases, road accidents and the elderly.
“It seeks to have an inclusive approach, comprehensiveness and coordination, the territorial approach and the primary care teams to leave the three levels of care. Having as values the right, equity and solidarity”, commented Molina.
And he added: “The hierarchy and institutional strengthening were presented, standing out during the administration of the minister Luis Medina Ruiz departments and addresses created. It was discussed that we are a reference in the NOA of congenital heart disease, fetal health and bone marrow transplant unit. Also of the importance of the social health agent, who is the link between the population and the effector”.
For his part, the dean of the Faculty of Medicine of the UNT, matthew martinezHe said that the idea is to exchange experiences. “Our students will then go to Mar del Plata because it is important that they learn about other ways of living and other ways of addressing health problems. Finally, the general practitioner and director of the Superior School of Medicine of the National University of Mar del Plata, Adrian Alasino, considered that this will serve to know the environments and how medicine is taught according to each region of the country. “In my city, for example, there is no figure of the social health agent, who goes from house to house. There are other access difficulties. Nor do we see so much the issue of native peoples. That is why we want students to learn these solidarity practices ”, he concluded.
