Mediolanum IF strengthens its international product and marketing teams

Mediolanum International Funds Ltd, the European asset management platform for Mediolanum Group, continues with its expansion with the appointment of Karoline Keane as head of product development and Alberto Nova as head of marketing and communication.

Karoline Keane will be responsible for the management and evolution of the investment solutions of the manager, supervising the development of products for its increasingly diversified customer base. Karoline brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in adaptation of customized solutions for individual and institutional investors.

Karoline comes from Man Group plc, where prior to serving as Director of Product Development in Global Sales Product Management, she worked as responsible for customer operations. Previously, Karoline was Vice President of Citibank Europe plc and director of investor relations at The Children’s Investment Fund.

The new director of marketing and communication, Alberto Nova, has nearly two decades of marketing experience in the areas of asset management, banking and financial advisors. Alberto joins from Add Mason, where he served as Marketing Director for Italy and Iberia, as well as Marketing Director for Europe for Invesco. Previously, he worked in the communication departments of Intesa Sanpaolo Y Fideuram. Nova will lead the implementation of the manager’s marketing and communication strategy to promote its products and services among financial advisors and investors in Europe.

Both will report directly to Furio Pietribiasi, CEO of Mediolanum International Funds.
