Meera Vasudev is a very well-known star among movie lovers, although she has acted in a few Malayalam films. The actor also played a remarkable role in Mohanlal’s film Tanmatra. But now the actress’s words at an event about the scenes in which she acted closely with Laletan in the film Tanmatra are getting attention.
When Blessy sir came to tell the story of Tanmatra movie, he said that before this he had looked at many leading actresses, but no one was ready just because of Mohanlal’s scene. Then he asked me. Is there anything stopping you from doing this?’. Blessy sir said that this scene is an important part of the film.
Ramesh and his wife are very close in the movie. Ramesh is very attached to his family. That’s why Blessy sir said that scene is necessary. Laleton should have been more tensed than me. He handled that time very well.’
‘The scene I had had a few blinders. But Laletan was fully naked. Before starting that scene, he came to me and apologized. Before filming that scene, Lal Sir was wearing a petticoat. When the scene was ready, it was removed and replaced. Only essential crew were present during the shoot. I have said earlier that as a woman, that is my comfort’.
Meera Vasudev clarified, “When that scene was shot, only Blessy sir, associate cameraman, Laletan, his make-up artist and my hair stylist were there.”
