Egyptian actress Menna Shalaby is preparing to film a new series entitled “My Lady Al-Awaila,” which belongs to the type of musical series. Writer and screenwriter Tamer Habib revealed the details of the series that he is preparing during the current period, stressing that the series will consist of short episodes, and is a new treatment of the famous story. “Pygmalion,” from which the play “My Fair Lady” was adapted.
Tamer Habib pointed out that the series is considered a “musical” and contains 12 songs that were all written by him, under the leadership of director Hadi El-Bagouri, with whom he is cooperating following they previously collaborated on the movie “One True One.”
