WhatsApp Business users will soon be able to sort chats between contacts and non-contacts and unread messages, and according to WABetaInfo, which specializes in transferring everything new to the WhatsApp application, which revealed the feature, they said: “WhatsApp plans to release it on WhatsApp Messenger because it is more useful in WhatsApp for Business”. The new features appeared on WhatsApp Business beta, the beta version of the app, but are expected to roll out on both iOS and Android sometime soon.
