Dr. Muhammad Al-Qayati, a member of the Media Center of the General Authority of Meteorology, revealed the date for the improvement of weather conditions and the return of high temperatures, in conjunction with a decrease and rain in some regions of the Republic.
Al-Qayati told Masrawy that, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, there is a relative improvement in weather conditions, and the chances of light to moderate rain are limited to the northern coasts, with moderate wind speeds.
He added that temperatures will continue to reach 21 degrees in Greater Cairo, 20 degrees in the northern coasts, and reach 22 degrees in northern Upper Egypt, and the lowest temperature ranges between tonight and tomorrow between 11 and 12 degrees Celsius over Greater Cairo.
Al-Qayati expects a gradual rise in temperatures, starting from Thursday and Friday, to reach 25 and 26 degrees in Greater Cairo, and complete improvement and moderation in weather conditions, and only chances of light rain falling on areas of the northern coasts of the Republic.
And he continued: From Thursday, there is activity of winds that stir sand and dust on Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, and northern Upper Egypt, and it continues until Friday.
The country is currently witnessing the peak of the cold wave of weather, with continued chances of rain and low and medium clouds multiplying over the northern and eastern part of the republic.
And the General Authority of Meteorology announced that, as of Monday evening, March 13, 2023, the latest weather maps indicate a state of instability in weather conditions, accompanied by rains of varying intensity in areas from the north of the country to northern Upper Egypt and Sinai, and wind activity in some areas.
