Information taken from Stib, its spokesperson An Van Hamme tells us that a person did indeed feel unwell this Thursday morning, around 6 a.m., at the Ossegem metro station in Brussels. “The person was sitting on a bench and unfortunately, she became unwell and died”explains An Van Hamme.

To let the emergency services intervene, the station was temporarily closed to the public and was no longer served by the metro. But around 6:45 am, the station was able to reopen and the metro stops there once more.
