2023-06-14 17:11:43

Nearly a year following its takeover by Michel Ohayon, FNB takes over from the businessman in the capital of Cafés Legal. The management company, a company with a mission since 2022, takes on a file with a turbulent past, during an operation whose outlines remain unclear.

The roaster had first obtained €5.4 million in 2018 in bonds from Capza’s special situations fund to meet its financing needs. Cafés Legal had suffered a fire two years earlier in its Le Havre factory, before launching its 100% vegetable capsule.
