After the sale last summer of his Norman mansion, and his recent declarations about Paris, where he “recognizes more“, we suspected that Michel Sardou was heading towards a new region of France for the next few years, as Purepeople had revealed it. And it was in the Var that he decided to settle down: a few weeks ago in an interview for Paris Matchhe explained having found, with his wife Anne-Marie, “A huge maison” in Bormes-les-Mimosas where he plans to settle after his event tour.
A house that our colleagues from Like Radio have revealed exclusively. And suffice to say that the singer and his wife, Anne-Marie Périer, will be happy there. With its private cinema room and port, the superb stone-walled villa seems to overlook “a breathtaking view, above sandy beaches and steep cliffs“.
Perfect for the singer to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean, he who wanted to swim in the open sea! And the area is not insignificant either: the house is in fact part of the Cap Bénat residence, a set of huge luxury villas, closed to all visitors and monitored by a guard, where we also find a supermarket and many activities. Among his famous neighbors, Luc Besson has owned a house for several years.

But not only that: the villa is also located opposite Port-Cros and the Ile du Levant. Not far, therefore, from the Presidential Fort of Brégançon, where the President of the Republic takes his vacation every summer, or from Cap Nègre, in Le Lavandou, where Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni like to go so much. Famous neighbors who don’t bother him: the singer simply wanted calm. And a big house!
