A Michigan Lottery player will receive $25,000 a year for life thanks to being a winner in the ‘Lucky For Life’ lottery.
His ticket matched the five white balls that were drawn, which were: 13, 26, 34, 37 and 48. This earned him this great prize.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Sunoco gas station, located at 45471 Ryan Road, in Shelby Township. This is the fifth time this year a Michigan player has won lifetime prize money playing ‘Lucky For Life.’
The lucky winner has two options to claim their prize:
–You can request annual payments of $25,000 for a minimum of 20 years or for life, whichever is longer applies.
–You can also claim a single lump-sum cash payment, which would be $390,000.
Winner must contact the Michigan Lottery Player Relations Division at 844-887-6836, option 2, to schedule an appointment to collect the grand prize.
Prize must be claimed at Lottery Headquarters in the City of Lansing. ‘Lucky For Life’ tickets are valid for one year from the date of the drawing. After this time, they are cancelled.
The ticket is only $2 dollars each. ‘Lucky For Life’ Gives Lottery Players A Chance To Win Prizes Ranging From $3 To Lifetime Cash Prize.
To win the game’s top prize, which is to receive $1,000 per day for life, players must match all five winning numbers from 1 to 48, plus a lucky ball from 1 to 18.
Players who match all five winning numbers, but not the lucky ball, will win $25,000 a year for life.
Draws take place at 10:38 p.m., seven days a week.
