Microsoft announces new Surface notebooks at event

A Microsoft held a new event this Thursday (21) focusing on Surface e no Windows 11. In this way, we launched new notebooks and other devices aimed at the corporate market. Below, you can check each of the items:

Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3

This model is an update to the version launched by the company last year, bringing a new chip that promises up to 88% higher performance compared to the original variant, but it was not revealed what it would be. Likewise, the brand says that it will have a battery life of up to 15 hours.

The other details of the product’s technical sheet remain unchanged and the same applies to the availability of the device’s ports.

Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2

Following the same line as the previous product, this model also comes with updates in some details compared to its predecessor. In this case, the news that stands out the most is the addition of a microSD card reader, in addition to a USB-A port alongside the existing USB-C.

The internal hardware also brought upgrades to the processor, which now has 13th generation versions from Intel, and the graphics card, with the RTX 4050 and RTX 4060 models.

Surface Go 4 (For Business)

This is the “For Business” version of Surfae GO 4, which also brings discreet updates and, as its name suggests, is a variant that will only be sold to companies. Initially, Microsoft highlights that the processor provides 4.5 times greater performance than the original Surface Go, but did not specify which model it is.

Surface Hub 3 (For Business)

Another product dedicated to companies that was part of Microsoft’s new announcements is the Hub 3, which is the successor to the Hub 2S. In general, it has a touch-sensitive panel with the ability to recognize up to 20 simultaneous points, in addition to having palm rejection technology and pen support.

This product will be available in 50-inch and 85-inch sizes, but pricing has not yet been revealed.

The Surface Go 3 Laptop will be available from US$ 799 (R$3,928) in the United States. As for the Surface Laptop Studio 2, the starting price is US$ 1.999 (R$ 9,829). Like the Hub 3, the Surface Go 4 For Business had no price revealed.
