New Delhi: Army helicopter crashed in Tawang, pilot killed. Army’s Cheetah helicopter crashed. The accident occurred during a routine flight at Tawang on Wednesday at 10 am.
There were two pilots in the helicopter. Immediately after the accident, both were rushed to the military hospital. But Lt Col Saurabh Yadav passed away during treatment, Army said. Another pilot in the helicopter is in critical condition.
The cause of the accident cannot be said at this time. The Army said that information is being collected and investigation is underway.
