Millau. Point Vert is committed to the fight against the tiger mosquito

The Point Vert brand in Millau is committed to preventing the tiger mosquito. Fridays September 2 and 23 and Saturdays September 3 and 24, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.entertainment for the public will be offered in the garden centre.

A facilitator will be able to answer your various questions regarding this species. These activities are part of the “A tiger in the garden center” project led by ARS Occitanie throughout the region in partnership with the CPIE du Rouergue.

In addition to these days for the general public, the Millavoise garden center is investing in this long-term project. Staff receive training in order to be aware of the problem of the tiger mosquito and its health issues.

Following a diagnosis carried out within the different areas of the garden centre, technical actions will be put in place to limit the presence of the tiger mosquito.
