A new danger threatening the safety of citizens emerged this Sunday morning, as the pioneers of social networking sites shared pictures showing the pedestrian bridge located in the “Nahr al-Mout” locality, in a dangerous condition, following cracks appeared in it.
However, the treatment came quickly this time, contrary to what we are used to in our country, as the Minister of Works in the caretaker government, Ali Hamiyah, hurried on the day of the “holiday” to follow up the bridge rehabilitation process with a specialized team.
In this context, Hamiyah decided to remove the billboards on both sides of the bridge, which belong to two outlets in the country, insisting on public safety.
