And the Official Gazette had published the decision of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, No. 2901 of 2021, regarding the assumption of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to carry out the work of the Ministry of Health in addition to his work.
It is expected that Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar will be appointed Minister of Health within the new cabinet reshuffle today, Saturday.

Counselor Ahmed Manna, Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, announced that the House of Representatives is called to convene in an emergency session today, Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 12 noon, to consider an urgent matter.

Mustafa Bakri reveals the features of the cabinet reshuffle… and important surprises for the House of Representatives
Representative Mustafa Bakri, a member of the House of Representatives, confirmed that the parliament session will be to conduct a broad cabinet reshuffle, headed by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, the current Prime Minister.
In a post on his official Facebook page, he said: “I expect the amendment to contain important surprises, and the amendment may be followed by a broad conservative movement.”
Bakri denied what was recently reported in some websites about the president’s mandate in tomorrow’s session, with regard to sending forces outside the borders, and said, “I personally do not support what some websites published about the president’s authorization regarding sending forces outside the borders, because Article 152 of the constitution provides for an opinion. The National Defense Council first and the approval of the House of Representatives after that, and until now we did not know that the National Defense Council met, and therefore the ministerial reshuffle is likely, and it is possible that Hassan Abdullah’s name will shine as well.”
Bakri pointed out that there is a possibility of a change in some important ministries, and there may be surprises, and the exit of a large number of ministers, and this amendment will be followed by a new conservative movement.
Mustafa Bakri, a member of the Nuba Council, had demanded on more than one occasion a ministerial change and the infusion of new blood capable of revitalizing work within the government and managing economic policies that benefit the citizen.
