The Ministry of Defense wants to amend paragraph 8 of the provision on the call of citizens for mobilization, transmits TASS with reference to federal portal draft normative legal acts.
The essence of the initiative is that it is proposed to notify about mobilization through SMS mailing.
“Notice about sending the agenda … is placed in the citizen’s personal account in the federal state information system “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services”, the taxpayer’s personal account, and is also sent by SMS to the mobile radiotelephone subscriber number indicated on the portal, – says in the text of the draft (quote from TASS).
And the authorities of St. Petersburg called on the city business to increase the popularization of contract service. They want to give out booklets at the cash desks of stores along with checks, as well as at gas stations, and they want to play commercials in cinemas. In the words of officials, “the short-term task is “aggressive agitation” in favor of contract service.”
